Birthdays and anniversaries are announced Monday through Friday between 7:40 and 7:50 a.m.
We give away a Piggly Wiggly birthday cake to one lucky winner, McDonald's Happy Meals to all birthday celebrators 10 and under, and an anniversary rose from Jean's Flowers to one local couple and additional roses to all couples celebrating more than 50 years.
